Vipor AI Solutions ("Vipor AI", "we", "us") operates ai.vipor.ca. This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how it's used, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry about Vipor AI's services. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party processing
Contact form submissions are delivered using Formspree, a third-party form processing service. Formspree receives your submission in order to email it to us. See Formspree's own privacy policy for details on how they handle data in transit.
Retention
We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for business record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under Law 25, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, reach out via the contact form on our homepage or through our X account (@vipor316).
